Step 1:  Contact Us

Please contact us via email at info@validq.com to place your order. 

Step 2:  Quotation

When we receive your order, our sales team will quote the shipping charges. Insurance is also available (for a fee) when requested.

Step 3:  Confirming Order Details

We will confirm your total order price - including shipping and insurance costs where applicable.

Step 4:  Proforma Invoice

Once your order is confirmed, our sales team will send a proforma invoice with payment information.

Step 5:  Payment

Our sales team will process your order and prepare the items for shipment. When your payment arrives, we will arrange shipment immediately.

Step 6:  Shipment

A tracking number will be sent to you accordingly.
